Lalamove Fleet Management Portal
Overview
Lalamove is an on-demand delivery service that connects users with delivery drivers on its mobile and web apps. The company operates in cities across Asia and Latin America connecting over 7 million users with more than 700,000 delivery drivers.
The Fleet Management Portal is a new platform built for mobile and desktop, to pilot and test a new business opportunity.
We define fleet as any person or company that has multiple vehicles and drivers under their ownership.
The Challenge
Lalamove’s driver app experience was built specifically for individual drivers (those who owned their own vehicle) and there was no efficient way to easily onboard Fleet owners.
💡 How might we support the needs of fleet owners so they can onboard multiple drivers and vehicles, and manage their day-to-day operations easily?
Business goal
Increase the number of drivers on the platform to help users find drivers quicker.
Increase the diversity of vehicles on the platform to help fulfil users’ delivery needs.
